Met Office forecasters say the UK could be hit with wintry showers later this month.
The entire month is predicted to be unsettled with strong wind and stormy conditions. Temperatures are also set to dip below average in some parts of the nation.
However, what will the weather be like in Lancashire and will we get snow? Here is the forecast:
When is it expected to snow?
Weather forecasters at the Met Office predict “wintry showers” will hit parts of the UK towards the end of November.
From November 16 to November 30, the Met Office predict: "Temperatures set to be slightly below average overall throughout this period.”
They added that there is an “increased likelihood of wintry showers” in the north and north west at times – meaning Lancashire and other north west areas, such as Manchester and Cumbria, could be hit with snow showers.
They added: "These showers are most likely over high ground with low risk of them reaching lower levels later in the month."
