A MAN is wanted by police following a burglary that saw the homeowner receive 'significant injuries'.
Corey Freedman, of Leyburn Road, Blackburn, is wanted in connection with the incident on Saturday (September 25).
22-year-old Freedman is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, medium build, blue eyes and light-brown hair.
Posting on Facebook, Blackburn with Darwen Police said: "Have you seen wanted man Corey Freedman?
"Freedman is wanted by police in connection with an incident on Saturday where a man burgled a property and attacked the homeowner, causing significant injuries.
"Freedman is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build with short, light-brown hair and blue eyes.
"He has links to the Blackburn area.
"Anyone with information about Freedman’s whereabouts can contact police on 101 or email 5981@lancashire.police.uk. In an emergency call 999."
