Joel Ludlum, aged 26, of Kime Street, Burnley
Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of two men wanted on prison recall.
Joel Ludlum, aged 26, of Kime Street, Burnley had been jailed in 2018 for burglary.
Ludlum has links to Accrington, Burnley and Pendle.
Meanwhile, Reece Murgatroyd (below) aged 22, of no fixed address, is wanted by officers on prison recall and on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.
Murgatroyd also has links to Accrington, Burnley and Pendle.
