A SERIAL flasher - who has struck across Greater Manchester and Lancashire - has admitted to exposing himself once again.
Minshull Street Crown Court heard Richard Graham has only ever committed one type of offence.
And the 31-year-old admitted to indecent exposure in Bury in August in his latest court appearance.
Graham also admitted he breached a sexual harm prevention order on the same day by approaching a girl under the age of 16.
Following the admission of the offence Judge John Potter deferred sentence in order to obtain a report into Graham.
He noted he only had been convicted of one type of offence before and warned him to expect a jail sentence for his behaviour.
Graham, of no fixed abode, but who has previously lived in Edenfield, will return to court to be sentenced next month.
Prosecutor Gavin Howie said he would attempt to obtain victim impact statements ahead of the sentencing going ahead.
Graham was jailed for 12 weeks earlier this year and placed on the sex offenders’ register for seven years after he was found guilty of exposing himself at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court. The offence took place on Marston Road in Salford last January.
That sentence came six months after he was jailed for committing similar offences when he struck in Tottington, Padiham and Salford within hours of each other in January this year. On that occasion he targeted girls between the ages of 12 and 14.
He exposed himself to one schoolgirl before trying to push her into an alley in Tottington.
Graham proceeded to expose himself to a girl in Salford before driving to Padiham and doing the same again in front of two girls.
He was jailed for 15 months but only spent a short period in prison after he was sentenced due to time he had already spent in custody on remand.
The sentence followed other previous convictions for indecent exposure offences committed in Haslingden in May 2019 and Rawtenstall town centre that July.
