SKY has warned its Lancashire customers that broadband and phone services will be disrupted for six hours tomorrow.
Several Lancashire areas will be impacted and Sky has listed the specific areas that will be hit with the disruptions.
Luckily, the outages will take place in the early hours of the morning when most people are likely to be asleep.
They are part of some "essential maintenance" being carried out by the company.
In a series of Tweets, the Sky Help Team wrote:
“Essential maintenance work will be taking place between 10/09/2021 00:00:00 – 10/09/2021 06:00:00.

What is ‘essential maintenance work’?
It’s completely normal for maintenance work to be carried out by Sky and it helps to keep things running smoothly for customers.
A spokesperson for Sky said: “We regularly carry out maintenance across the network to ensure we're delivering the best service for customers.
“Where possible, we carry it out overnight, as is the case [in Lancashire].”
If you’re a Sky customer, you can keep up to date with any faults or maintenance work that might be affecting services in your area by visiting the Sky website.
