RECENTLY, we caught up with the Oldham pair behind a viral video filmed at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
In the hilarious video, James Shallcross is the only one rapidly spinning on the Red Arrows SkyForce ride after mastering how to angle the wings.
This 72ft high, 12-seat white-knuckle ride is said to take you on a 360-degree tour of the skies and you control your very own Red Arrows cockpit.
Friend, Chloe Hoyle filmed the video from the ground and can be heard laughing in the background.
The Tik Tok video has been shared widely and at the time of writing has amassed more than 545,000 views.
Lancashire Telegraph readers also had a good laugh at the video with many eager to share their own experiences on the ride – some even think they managed more spins than James.
At the time of writing, our Facebook post has been shared over 300 times and has received 780 interactions.
More than 500 people have flocked to the comment section to talk about the video.
Natasha Swain said she has “watched it so many times”.
“Brilliant, I can’t stop laughing,” wrote Sharon Millett.
One reader said: “Thing with this ride is your either spinning until it stops or you’re not spinning at all… so hard to control.”
Another added that they were “in stitches” after watching it.
Mr Wormwell said: “Just a Lone Ranger spinning alone. Well funny.”
Andy Morley recalled his own experience on the ride, writing: “I've only been in this once, but managed to almost spin myself unconscious.”
Heidi Boruszak said she “couldn’t master the spin” and congratulated James for nailing it.
Nathan said: “When the ride first came out I thought I was clever getting the top spins until I was ill all day after it … never again.”
James gave Heidi and other readers some advice about how to master the spin.
He said: “It’s all down to rocking yourself side to side and whilst tipping one wing forward and the other backwards, then alternating it - gers you going round and round within seconds!”
Sophie’s experience on the ride wasn’t as fun as others.
She wrote: “My plane was spinning uncontrollably a lot faster than this and was actually really painful and scary.”
Some readers say James’ impressive spin is nothing and claim to have done many more revolutions.

Andrew Parry said: “If you think that’s impressive watch this YouTube video.
“This is me with 86 spins but the highest number of spins I have is 154.”
Caroline Swan said: “I'd have loved to see him get of it”.
One reader said they saw James on the ride while at Burger King.
Ms Hall tagged her loved ones and said: “We saw him when we were in Burger King, remember Craig?".
