AN East Lancashire recycling centre now has a reuse shop where people can find bargain goods.
It is situated at the Burnley site in Balderstone Lane on the Heasandford Industrial Estate
The Reuse360 shop offers a range of second-hand items from homeware, books, clothes, toys, sports equipment and musical instruments.
It is located on the exit road with a new parking area allowing people to pull over and browse.
Anyone visiting Burnley recycling centre with something they no longer want but which could be reused is asked to give it to a member of staff rather than throw it in the skip.
Cllr Shaun Turner, Lancashire County Council's environment boss, said: "It's great to recycle but even better to reuse.
"I have already visited the new shop and was really amazed at what people throw away. There's a little bit of everything on sale."
