FOOD by Breda Murphy, the restaurant in Station Road, Whalley, has taken on three new employees.
Whalley-born Ben Dearden, has joined as chef de partie, while former advertising, marketing and communications executive Catherine Heywood has linked up as a pastry chef.
Completing the trio is Jodie Morgan, who is the newly appointed manager and will primarily work front of house.
