Quad bike seized by police in Blackburn for causing ‘annoyance’
Police seized a quad bike after it was being seen being driven in ‘an anti social manner’.
This driver was causing annoyance to residents around Blackburn last night (Monday July 5).
Also, yesterday this vehicle (below) hit a mobile ANPR camera on Accrington Road in the town and after checks were made it was discovered the driver did not have a valid insurance policy. The vehicle seized and driver reported.
