POLICE are calling for teenagers to volunteer for a cadet course.
The course, from March to December, is designed to give an insight into the police service and organisations that work in partnership with the force.
It is for teenagers aged 16 to 19 on March 1 who either live or go to school or college in the Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale areas.
PC Chris Collett said: "The scheme will enable its partic-ipants to gain a nationally recognised qualification, as well as encouraging valuable skills to develop such as leadership and decision making."
