RESIDENTS have been warned after four archery bows 'capable of killing' were stolen from an outdoor activities centre.
Police issued the warning after the bows were taken from Waddow Hall, Waddington.
Officers have warned the public that they could be dangerous.
A Ribble Valley Police spokesperson said: "Has someone you know recently come home with an archery bow?
"Four of the bows have been stolen similar to the ones pictured, three wood bows one black metallic bow.
"These are not toys, in the hands of a fool these bows are capable of killing, silently and at distance."
The remaining bows have been removed from Waddow Hall in order to avoid any further thefts.
Anyone with any information can call police on 101 and quoting log 661 of June 18 2021.
