NIGEL HAWORTH is on the hunt for talented people to work at his new pub.
The Three Fishes in Mitton is currently under renovations with a mid-October opening deadline.
Nigel hopes to create ‘the best pub in the country’, with a great focus on sustainability and only using locally sourced ingredients.
He took his social media followers on a tour of the pub before renovations begin and said he wanted to “capture the same magic” the original Three Fishes had by “getting a great team together”.
Posting to his social media accounts earlier this month (13 June), Nigel Haworth said “wants to build a dynamic team” and encouraged people with the relevant skill sets to send in a CV and covering letter.
Currently, he is looking for a head chef and a general manager for The Three Fishes to start early in August.
On Facebook he wrote: “I want to build a dynamic team, passionate about good food and sustainability ahead of our October opening.”
He also posted a video encouraging the relevant people to send in their application.
In the video he said: “If you’re interested in a job at the three fishes, we’re opening in mid-October.
“If you’re interested in good food, sustainability and engaging with the land- then come on board and drop me a line.”
At the time of writing, the post has received an impressive 152 likes, 15 comments and 209 shares.
