A HOUSEBUILDER is unveiling two show homes at one of its newest Lancashire developments.
In Montague Place in Clitheroe, there will be a total of 110 new homes, consisting of two bed bungalows, and three-and four-bedroom houses.
After the sales centre opened earlier this year, Miller Homes are now inviting interested house hunters to catch a glimpse of the type of houses they can expect to find at Montague Place.
The featured show homes are the Maplewood, a four bedroom open plan house with an integral garage and the Overton, a three-bedroom home.
Miller Homes will also be making contributions of over £870,000 to the area.
Over £600k of the sum will go towards education, £70k to town centre upgrade works and £200k will go towards improving public transport.
Miller Homes recently teamed up with St. James’ Primary student Gracie-Rae Spedding to encourage residents to keep the countryside clean.
Clare Noakes, Sales Director for Miller Homes in the North West said: “We’re very proud of our show homes and are excited to show the residents of Clitheroe what’s on offer. Both are real ‘wow’ homes, so we’re excited for local house hunters to experience this.”
