A wellbeing company is continuing to grow as it appoints a new marketing executive and acquires new clients
Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing, founded by Lee Chambers from Wilpshire, has added Sasha Vahadane, from Preston to the team in the position of marketing executive.
Sasha will join Lee who founded the company to work on all elements from strategy to creation of the business which supports workplaces in ensuring wellbeing of their staff.
Lee Chambers, Founder of Essentialise, said: "With her values and passion for wellbeing and inclusion, she will bring a different cultural vision and an important feminine energy to the Essentialise project as we continue to grow and develop. I am delighted she has decided to join us in these challenging and dynamic times"
On securing the position, Sasha commented, "I am looking forward to being a part of Essentialises mission to improve workplace wellbeing and increase the awareness around mental health and inclusion within organisations."
Essentialise has also acquired two new clients for the new financial year, a multinational accountancy firm and a fast-growing technology company. With workplace wellbeing and mental health coming into focus as we navigate re-openings, Lee and the team are continuing to work to ensure that companies have a strategy in place to support their teams.
Sasha brings a diverse skill set, having recently completed her MBA at the University of Central Lancashire, and having previously worked with Eluceda and The Ability Consultancy NW.
She is also the Chair of the Women's Society at UClan, and has been a Student Wellbeing Ambassador for students with disabilities
