A 53-year-old Blackburn man who denied a money laundering charge will face trial next year.
Andrew Akeroyd, of Kinglsey Close, appeared at Preston Crown court and pleaded not guilty to a charge of concealing, disguising, converting and transferring criminal property between June 19 2003 and July 13 2006.
The case relates to money allegedly obtained by criminal activity.
Judge Anthony Russell QC fixed a trial date for May 28. Akeroyd was granted unconditional bail.
