I am pleased to report that the number of incidents has reduced since my last newsletter.
However, we are continuing to work alongside the local council dog warden, who will still be conducting CCTV surveillance in the affected area, including early mornings and late at night, when most of the dog fouling occurs.
Just to remind you that the Dog Fouling and Land Act 1996 requires dog owners to pick up after their dog, with on the spot fines of £75, or up to £1000 if they are taken to court.
