Ana-Maria has now been found safe and well in London.
Police are growing concerned for the welfare of a teenage girl who was last seen at 1pm on Tuesday.
Ana-Maria Stoian, 14, was last seen at around 1pm in Blackburn.
She is described as being 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with long, brown hair and fair skin.
Ana-Maria is Romanian so speaks with an accent.
Officers say she was last seen wearing a blue jacket, a long, black and white skirt, black leggings, black shoes and a red handbag.
She has links to Leeds and London.
PC Ahmed Desai, of Lancashire Police, said: “We would like to trace Ana-Maria as a matter of urgency as we are extremely concerned for her welfare.
“If you have seen her or have any information about where she may be, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
