Three young apprentices had the honour of switching on the Christmas lights at the sheltered housing scheme where they are helping with major improvements.
Trainee electrician Jayson Pearce, trainee joiner Jack Hobday and trainee plumber Amy Eddelston, switched on the lights at Park View sheltered housing scheme, in Church.
They are all apprentices with Bramall Construction, who donated the tree and lights.
