BLACKBURN Scootamart has unveiled this display to support the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal.
The mobility scooter store, which will remain open during the lockdown, is based opposite the bus station.
The store said ‘it would be a huge shame to forget about those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for us’ and will be supporting the Royal British Legion throughout the lockdown'.
Owner Ben Charlesworth said: “The Royal British Legion is a fantastic charity that provides support to members and veterans of the British Armed Forces and their families. This year, donations are more important than ever due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We’re trying to help in any way we can.
“The Royal British Legion is calling on the public to support them like never before, and as Blackburn Scootamart is going to be one of the only stores open during lockdown, we wanted to do our bit.”
