A CANNABIS farm was found during police raids in Darwen with a street value of £90,000.
Officers acting on a tip-off raided a property on Bolton Road on Friday afternoon and discovered more than 300 plants had been grown.
An Albanian man was charged with cannabis cultivation and will appear at Blackburn Magistrates Court.
Sgt Steve Dundon of Blackburn neighbourhood police said: “We were acting on community intelligence and attended an address on Bolton Road.
“On arrival a number of men ran from the address. “One was arrested after jumping from a first floor window, following a short police chase.
“Several hundred plants were located throughout the address.
“We would like to thank the community for their continued helping tackling drug cultivation.
“This illicit supply of drugs frequently leads to other criminality, violence and harm to health throughout communities."
