THE Black Bull Inn at Huncoat has been awarded the Cask Marque accreditation for its Thwaites beers.
Management team Mavis and Ronald Bury said they were delighted to get the award for the high quality of the pub's cask ales.
The Cask Marque is awarded to pubs that maintain a high standard of real ales that offer good temperature, appearance, aroma and taste.
Mavis said: "We are very pleased to have got this award because it is a lot of hard work to keep the beer at a good standard. I think there's only a few in Accrington and Oswaldtwistle with the Cask Marque so it's really good for us."
