A Lancashire baker has restarted its free home delivery service after unprecedented customer demand during lockdown.
Accrington-based Holland's Pies, who call their delivery service 'pie-solation' will be able to order pies and puds from their core range for just £1 per item.
Throughout lockdown, Holland’s has donated and delivered tens of thousands of pies to local charities and organisations hardest hit by the pandemic.
Brand manager, Leanne Holcroft said: “Over the past six months we have been inundated with requests from pie fans wishing to receive their favourite pastry treat direct to their door, and as lockdown restrictions look to tighten yet again we have decided to reinstate the service.
“It is a fantastic way of getting your pastry fix and all of our pies and puds are made fresh and are suitable for freezing - perfect for stocking up on.”
