A CHATTERBOX Home Start volunteer spent five hours in silence in aid of the charity.
Claudia Thomson from Whitehall, Darwen, decided to raise money by completing a sponsored silence.
She said: "I'm a real chatterbox so it was very challenging."
She sat in silence at the Lush Hair salon on King Street, Blackburn, between 9.30am and 2.30pm. Over £150 in sponsorship has been raised to help Blackburn and Darwen Home Start.
