UP to 100 jobs will have been created in Burnley by the time a supermarket extension has been completed.
Bosses at the Tesco, Centenary Way, have announced that part of their mezzanine expansion will be unveiled from December 3.
So far the project, which will see the floorspace increase by 30,000 square feet, has created 40 new openings for local jobseekers.
And another 60 positions are expected to be on offer before the remainder of the extension opens next spring.
The store's new family clothing department will be the first section to open.
