A driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after his car crashed on a road near Carnforth.
The collision happened on Scargill Road in Nether Kellet during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The 18-year-old was arrested after a drug wipe on his car by police officers came back positive.
All four of his passengers were injured and were seen to by an ambulance crew before being taken to hospital.
Two fire engines from the area also attended the incident and cut the roof off the car to rescue two people.
A Lancashire Fire Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters used cutting and stabilisation equipment to extricate two casualties from the vehicle, who were treated by ambulance crews."
