Comedian Phil Cool opened the Moorland Nursery School, Clitheroe, in 1997
COMEDIAN Phil Cool was the guest of honour when Moorland Nursery School, Clitheroe officially opened in 1997.
The Chorley-born TV star lived in the Ribble Valley and unveiled a plaque at the school with the Mayor of Clitheroe Councillor John McGowan.
Phil is pictured holding 15-month-old Emily Pietrzak watched by staff and youngsters.
Not everyone was impressed to have a star in their midst - the little boy on the left appears to have found something else to catch his interest.
