Complaints against Pennine police have doubled, new figures reveal.
Officers in the division, covering Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale had 128 complaints made about them between April and September, up from 68 for the same period in 2006.
Police said the jump was as a result of a change in the way complaints are handled.
