POLICE in Burnley have released an urgent appeal in the search for a missing 21-year-old woman.
Officers say they are becoming "extremely concerned" for Natalie Gorton who was last seen at around 4pm yesterday on Briercliffe Road.
Natalie is described as white, around 5ft 7ins, of slim build with mousey brown and pink hair.
She was last seen wearing a khaki green hooded jacket, jeans, blue trainers and was carrying a large brown bag.
Police have published an image of the 21-year-old in a post on Facebook in which a spokesman said officers were "extremely concerned for her welfare".
They added: "Natalie, if you see this appeal, please make contact with us as soon as possible."
Anyone who spots her is urged to immediately call 999.
Alternatively, call 101 quoting incident reference 327 of today (February 14).
