A YELLOW weather warning for ice has been issued by the Met Office for tonight and tomorrow.
Travel disruption may occur during rush hour tomorrow as ice as the forecaster put the warning for midnight until 10am tomorrow.
A Met Office spokesman said: "Rain and hill snow moving eastwards Sunday night with ice likely to bring some travel disruption."
The met office says some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces may occur, along with icy patches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
The spokesman said: "Some roads and railways may be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.
"Clearing snow and ice from the pavement outside your home or public spaces can help prevent slips and falls."
