MAUI must be a very laid-back place to live, if Dylan Donkin is anything to go by.

The San Fransiscan singer-guitarist moved to Hawaii to follow his muse, and on the evidence of this jangly mini album met the most of the 1960s and the late Jeff Buckley along the way.

His otherworldly vocals and undoubted strumming ability make for a pleasant folkish experience that is at its best in its most hazy moments, with Fall Through The Wall the stand-out track.
