Footage of police in Fence as two people are arrested
TWO men were arrested by police on suspicion of trying to steal from cars.
The incident took place in Fence yesterday at around 4.45pm after reports that the men had being trying door handles of cars.
Insp Carole Langhorn said: "We received calls about two males were specifically targetting vehicles including a Land Rover Discovery, which was parked on the road.
"They were arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference at around 5pm.
"We would advise residents to be vigilant and to report anything suspicious they may see.
"Also we would ask people to make sure their windows and doors are locked too."
