Police called to a domestic disturbance in the early hours of the morning tried to pacify a 39-year-old woman who was crying and alleging that her partner had been unfaithful.
Hyndburn magistrates that heard when the partner suggested they go to bed and sort it out in the morning Lisa Corbett lunged at him, trying to kick him and had to be arrested.
Corbett, of College Court, Accrington, admitted a breach of the peace.
She was bound over inthe sum of £100 to keep the peace for 12 months.
Mother-of-three Corbett told the magistrates she was sorry it had happened.
