Staff who look after more than 100,000 pensions have been named the best in the business.
The team, from Lancashire County Council, beat off the competition to scoop the best in-house administration' prize at the Professional Pension Magazine's award ceremony.
They recently returned from picking up their prize in London. Former cabinet minister Michael Portillo was at the ceremony.
The county council runs the pension schemes for all local authorities in Lancashire.
