BURNLEY blues master Paul Waterworth has released his debut album with The Cutler Waterworth Band.

Critics are going crazy for King Cotton, which is the product of more than 30 years of musical experience working with Little Richard, Dennie Laine of Wings, Victor Brox, The Commitments and The Animals.

The band is made up of Paul and fellow musician Tony Cutler, who describe the project as "their baby"

Tracks from the album are already getting regular airplay on BBC and a variety of online and digital blues shows worldwide and more than 3,000 people a week are listening to the tracks on their MySpace pages.

"The King Cotton concept was conceived at my house," said Paul.

"We both have small recording studios and so we recorded the album at my studio and mastered and produced at Tony' state-of-the-art computer studio."
