Here is a bird's eye view of the fire at The Bureau Centre for the Arts centre yesterday.
The fire service called in its drone to provide an aerial view of the blaze which took hold at around 5.20am.
Up to 70 firefighters battled with the inferno which destroyed the former Church of St John the Evangelist, one of Blackburn's oldest church buildings.
The footage shows firefighters on aerial ladder platforms putting out the fire using their hosereels.
