AN investigation has been launched following a caravan fire last night.
Firefighters were called to Shackleton Street, Burnley, at around 8.30pm to reports of a fire in a caravan.
A spokesman said: "By the time crews arrived, the caravan was fully involved in fire. Two engines attended and we were on the scene for about an hour.
"A ventilation unit was also used in a nearby terraced property which had been affected by the smoke."
Police and fire officers are now investigating the incident and appealing for information.
