A family of females have 'got their lives back' after shedding more than nine stones between them.
Joyce Scott, 73, and her three granddaughters Gemma Holden, Katie Scott and Rebecca Douglas, began their weightloss journeys with Weight Watchers in 2017.
But since embarking on their individual missions to shed the pounds, they found that by giving each other support, they were able to lose the weight together.
Mrs Scott, who lives in Blackburn said: "I was eating lots of food, which left me feeling rubbish.
"It’s really helped us all doing it together and we are always there to help motivate one another."
Mrs Scott dropped three and a half stones to go from 12st to 8st 8lbs and is now loving life.
She said: "It’s given me my confidence and health once again, and a result I’ve had to buy a whole new wardrobe."
Granddaughter, Gemma Holden, 30, of Hoddlesden was 14st 10lbs when she began her weight loss journey but six months after joining her local group she was almost three stones lighter.
She said: "I have tried every diet you can think of. Seriously, every diet, every shake, tablet, coffee, patches; you name it I've had it.
"After having my second child, I struggled and never manage to get back to the weight I was before I got pregnant.
"But after joining Weight Watchers I found I could still enjoy going out and having takeaways, plus the shift in my mindset thanks to the whole approach has made me more determined."
The third family member to join the weight loss revolution, was Miss Holden's sister Katie Scott.
And the 19-year-old, who lives in Darwen, is now over two stones lighter, going from 11st 8lbs to 9st 6lbs in just a couple of months.
After hearing about the success of her nan and siblings, sister Rebecca Douglas, 24, completed the family jigsaw and began her own weight loss journey in September 2018.
Mrs Douglas, who lives in Preston, lost more than a stone before Christmas, and has gone from 12st 13lbs to 11st 3lbs.
Miss Holden added: "We have always loved food but even more so now, and the energy and support we have gained along the way is just unbelievable.
"Losing the weight together has given us our confidence and our lives back."
