MORE pupils from a partially-closed secondary school will return to class next week.
Two classroom blocks at Oswaldtwistle's Rhyddings Business and Enterprise School were shut because of the discovery of structural faults last week.
Earlier this week pupils in Years 7 and 8 started being bussed to Burnley's Hameldon Community College.
From Monday children in Rhyddings Year 10 will also be taught at Hameldon Community College
Pupils in Year 9 will also be able to return to Rhyddings School for three days next week on Monday, Wednesday 7 and Thursday.
The normal curriculum, timetable and teachers will be available for all 332 pupils being temporarily educated at Hameldon Community College.
Pupils from Rhyddings School will catch buses to Hameldon at 8.45am with the return service at 2.30pm.
So far only year 11 children taking their GCSE's this summer have still been taught at Rhyddings
Cllr Susie Charles, Lancashire County Council's schools boss, said: "We are continuing to do all we can to get all pupils back to school as soon as possible.
"We are also liaising with the contractor to make sure that the work is completed as soon as possible, so that all pupils can return to school as normal."
