POLICE say a man has been arrested in connection with an attack on a taxi marshal in Burnley.
A 61-year-old man was attacked on St James Street, at around 12.45am, suffering a broken jaw.
He was subjected to racist abuse was part of the incident on September 9, police have confirmed.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said an 18-year-old Burnley man had been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated wounding and released under investigation pending further enquiries.
