AN aeroplane with more 50 passengers on board was forced to return to Manchester airport today after a technical problem.
The First Choice flight to Faro, in Portugal, took off shortly before 6am but was forced to land after the captain reported problems with the pressurisation system on the Boeing 757.
Emergency services at the airport were put on stand-by, but the plane touched down safely.
