The body of a man has been found by police searching for a missing father-of-two.
The body, which has yet to be identified, was discovered in Haslingden Road, earlier today.
Joseph Farrow, 64, also known as Eddie, has not been seen since 10.30pm last Wednesday in Haslingden Road, Blackburn. Police said Mr Farrow had gone missing after undergoing hospital treatment for pneumonia at the Royal Blackburn Hospital.
