Judging for the 2007 Huncoat In Bloom competition will be carried out in the next week.
As announced at the last Area Council Meeting, prizes of £50 are available for best front garden, best hanging basket, and best non-residential floral display. In addition the Area Council Team have added the category of best communal area, created and tended by the residents.
Despite the summer this year being a washout there have been some lovely displays, all of which help to brighten up our area and make it a pleasant place to live.
