BUSINESS leaders are to be given the chance to help shape the future of Darwen at a forum.
The Darwen Employers' Forum is staging an update on the Darwen Aldridge Community Academy from the principal designate, Brendan Loughran.
He will also be using the meeting to find out at first-hand what skills employers will be looking for from the college's students.
The event is open to all businesses in Darwen, and takes place at Blackburn Rovers Football Club on September 12, starting at 11.45am.
