TWO teenagers have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with starting a fire at Darwen Moorland High School which caused more than £1 million of damage.
The boys, aged 15 and 17, were sent on bail to Preston Crown Court on a charge of arson.
The court was told the cost of the damage was currently assessed at £1,000,060 although this was expected to rise even further.
