TWO men involved in a fracas admitted threatening behaviour after being caught on CCTV.

Preston Crown Court heard one of the men had two socks containing a pool ball during the incident.

David Hargreaves, 24, of Edgeware Road, and soldier Adrian Hardy, 20, of Temple Drive, both Blackburn, had faced an affray charge but pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. Both were fined £515 and ordered to pay costs totalling £350.

Prosecutor David Macro, told the court the incident took place on February 7 outside a bar on Mincing Lane, Blackburn.

The men confronted each other and Hargreaves had the two socks with a pool balls, the court heard.

Jeffrey Samuels, defending Hardy said the defendants had since reconciled.
