TWO men who raided a pub were both spared jail by Burnley Magistrates.
Michael William Waddington, 19,of Lower Tentre, and Jamie Anthony Holding, 23, of Hollingreave Road, both admitted burglary on August 4 at the Rifle Volunteers pub on Smalley Street.
Holding, who is jobless, was given 120 days in jail, suspended for 18 months, with the Think First programme and 18 months supervision.
He must pay £250 compensation.
Waddington, who is working, was given a two year community order with supervision, 100 hours unpaid work and the addressing substances related offending programme.
He must pay £500 compensation.
