OVER three quarters of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in Blackburn said they could not keep up with ever changing employment law.
A survey by Manchester-based employment law and HR consultancy Turner Parkinson found 76 per cent of respondents struggled to keep up to pace with changes in legislation.
The study also found 66 per cent of SMEs in the town believed the cost of an employment tribunal could spell bankruptcy for their business.
