STALLHOLDERS at Nelson's indoor market are set to take action over alleged unfair treatment.
The traders are to present a petition to Pendle Council's Nelson committee protesting that the outdoor market stallholders, who use the area outside Nelson's Admiral's Market Hall on Saturday, sell similar merchandise and pay a reduced rental rate.
A total of 25 traders have signed the petition, calling for a fairer stall rental pricing scheme, and more careful consideration of what types of stalls should be set up outside.
