A DRUNKEN man who got in someone's car chucked out her CDs because they were not to his taste, a court was told.
Burnley magistrates heard how window cleaner Kurt Marsden, 21, later told police he would have kept the CDs if he had liked them.
Marsden, of Malvern Avenue, Padiham, admitted interfering with a vehicle.
He was given a six- week curfew, seven days a week, between 8pm and 7am, and was also ordered to pay £55 costs.
The court was told the woman's husband had found the CDs on the ground as he left for work.
The car was not damaged as it had been unlocked.
When the defendant was questioned, he told police his friend had got in the driver's seat, and he had got in the passenger side and searched the glove compartment.
