A SHOP assistant was robbed at knifepoint at a Padiham petrol station.
The woman was working alone behind the counter at the Texaco station, Burnley Road, at 9.30pm last night when the male attacker threatened her.
He left with cash from the till, but police have not disclosed how much was taken.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
